Eve AI — SMS Program Terms

Program description

Eve AI is a personal AI assistant. With your consent, Eve sends you SMS text messages as part of the service: replies to conversations you start, reminders and notifications you configure, and alerts about phone calls handled on your behalf (for example, a transcript of a message a caller left with your assistant). Messages are sent only to the account holder's own verified number — this program sends no marketing or promotional messages and never messages third parties.

How you opt in

Opt-in happens on the account setup form at eveai.tools/setup (and later in dashboard settings). Exact path: eveai.tools/setup → step 2 (“Channel”) → choose your phone and a messaging channel → the “Your mobile number” field appears with the disclosure directly beneath it, before any Continue button can be pressed.

Providing a number is optional; consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any good or service.

Program details

• Message frequency: varies with your usage and settings.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact support@eveai.tools.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to re-subscribe.
• Privacy: mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with, sold to, or used by third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties. Full policy: eveai.tools/privacy (Section 6 covers this SMS program).
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
